Board Layout / PCB Design / Packaging
With a combination of mechanical software tools and Eagle works, verify your product makes sense. We have the resources to get quick turn around on PCB's and create prototypes in a short time period.
Firmware Development
With over 15 years experience in firmware development with almost all of the 8 bit processors on the market, I am confident I can suit your needs and recommend the processor and system best suited for your design. Additionally, I have the current tools needed and expertise to perform firmware development in the quickest time possible.
Hardware Design
Specializing in low power products, instrumentation and mixed signal design, your design may profit greatly with my experience in these areas. If you're looking for some RF design - I have a bit of experience with low cost simple implementations of 2.4GHz radios, Remote Control 400MHz and Zigbee Sensor Networking.
With 3D Mechanical modeling software, I can provide quick prototyping and modeling of enclosures and products. For injection molding and parts production, we can provide outside services overseas to get the job done quickly and inexpensively.
In the R&D Environment for instrumentation, I have spent many hours setting up experiments, taking data, creating standards and using a variety of data analysis software provide for the necessary data for instrument accuracy. I have worked with companies such as DuPont, GM, Bell Helicopter in providing process control of their plants.
